At HTS Vacuum Furnaces, customers can access our HTS ONE in-house furnace for testing, research and development activities on small batches of components.
These are not simple trials, but true pre-industrial projects: they replicate real production cycles, validate materials and assess equipment performance before any investment decision.
We perform:
- heat treatments (hardening, tempering, ageing, stress relieving);
- vacuum brazing (steel/steel, steel/copper, aluminium, etc.);
- diffusion bonding;
- special processes on request.
This service supports R&D, cycle validation and application pre-testing. Customers can characterise processes, analyse results and reduce both technical risks and decision time.
