For over twenty years, HTS Vacuum Furnaces has been developing advanced solutions for industrial heat treatment, designing and manufacturing vacuum and high-vacuum furnaces for the most demanding sectors: aerospace, aeronautics, automotive, energy, additive manufacturing, tooling and research.
HTS was founded in 2002, initially focusing on service activities and after-sales support for a wide range of vacuum and high-vacuum systems. This hands-on experience allowed the company to gain a deep understanding of customers’ needs and transform technical expertise into the development of the first HTS Vacuum Furnaces systems.
Between 2005 and 2008, HTS developed its first gas quenching furnaces for aerospace, energy and automotive applications, together with aluminium brazing furnaces and vertical systems with top and bottom loading configurations.
The period between 2010 and 2018 marked a significant technological evolution. HTS expanded its product range with new tempering furnace solutions, innovative cooling technologies and patented systems such as the compact HT-S1 furnace. During these years, the company also developed its single-chamber low-pressure carburising (LPC) furnace, strengthening its ability to provide customised solutions for complex processes.
HTS’ technological growth was supported by a strong commitment to quality and sustainability, achieving ISO 9001 certification in 2017 and ISO 14001 certification in 2018.
Between 2019 and 2022, HTS continued investing in research and development, introducing advanced technologies such as r-CVI (Rapid Chemical Vapor Infiltration), H-FIC (Hydrogen Fluoride Ion Cleaning) and Sinter-HIP systems for highly specialised industrial applications.
In 2023-2024, HTS further strengthened its position in critical industries by achieving ISO 45001 certification for occupational health and safety and expanding its portfolio with vacuum furnaces featuring oil and polymer quenching systems, designed for aerospace, aeronautical and energy applications.
The journey continues in 2025-2026 with a new technological evolution: HTS launches its protected atmosphere furnace range, including water quenching systems for aluminium and titanium solution heat treatment, together with sub-zero cooling equipment.
These projects are driven by a technical team with over 35 years of experience in this field, combining metallurgical expertise, engineering skills and a deep understanding of industrial production requirements.
Today, HTS Vacuum Furnaces is more than a furnace manufacturer: it is a technological partner supporting customers from design and production to service and continuous performance improvement.
Innovation, reliability and customer focus remain the foundations behind every HTS project.
